Our Background

An IIT graduate with a Master’s in Mathematics & Computer Science, bringing over 18 years of expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The founder has led cutting-edge innovations at IBM Research AI (Singapore & T.J. Watson Lab, New York) and Samsung AI Research (Seoul, South Korea), delivering transformative solutions across domains. While leading the Data Science practice at Pipecandy (a data-as-a-service SaaS company), they played a pivotal role in its successful acquisition, showcasing strong business impact alongside technical leadership. With a proven track record in applied AI, big data, and compliance technologies, they are now channeling this experience into revolutionizing legaltech and regtech with Forensia.

Thakeria — A Chartered Accountant by training and an alumna of Harvard’s Executive Management programs, Rashmi brings over 30 years of deep expertise in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and regulatory compliance. She has advised corporates, financial institutions, and government agencies on complex financial fraud cases, ensuring adherence to ICAI Forensic Accounting and Investigation Standards (FAIS) and global anti-money laundering regulations.
